To do better, we need clients’ feedback. Asking clients about their opinions helps us measure their level of satisfaction and see if we can improve their experience. We know that feedbacks are information that would help us meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.

How We Ensure Client Satisfaction at JCFM

Usually, we send out feedback surveys to review client satisfaction. However, this time we decided to do things a little bit differently. For our clients leasing with us and enjoying our PROPLET package, we brought the human touch to the feedback process – organizing a wine party in place of sending out a feedback survey like we usually do. In hindsight, we wished we had done this sooner.

Visiting our clients leasing the facilities that we manage is our way of showing our dedication. Organizing a wine party was to emphasize how much we care.

At the party, we had questionnaires for tenants to fill out. We also engaged them in personal conversations to know their level of satisfaction with the maintenance and facility management services they receive at their residences. The Managing Director, Gbadunade Ogunleye, was also in attendance to hear from them.

The tenants gave their different feedback from water treatment to security, power and so on. They also gave recommendations about the improvements they would like to see.

But interacting with the tenants was not all we did, we also left them with branded souvenirs. So, on the whole, we can say that our visit was rewarding. As a leading facility management company in Nigeria, providing a delightful customer experience for our clients is our ultimate goal.
