Alan Davies joined the London office of James Cubitt Partners in 1980 and subsequently moved to Nigeria to work on the master plan project for the University of Nigeria, Nsukka as a Town Planner.
He is the Chairman of James Cubitt Facility Managers. Some notable achievements under his direct leadership include the Maersk House, Ghana Head Office, Diamond Bank’s HQ, Lekki, Citi Bank Head Office, Lagos, Civic Centre, The United Nations Common Premises, Abuja, Maersk Head Office in Lagos amongst several others.
Mr. Davies is Honourary Consul for the Australian High Commission in Nigeria.

Peter brings two decades of business development experience in Education Technology & Consulting, FMCG Sales Automation and Business Process Consulting to his directorial role in Previs Developments. He serves on the board of four James Cubitt Companies in Nigeria and the United States, helping to shape the strategy and future of the businesses.
He previously served as Director of Marketing and Communications for James Cubitt Developments, Operations Director for 1source Technology Partners, Director of Sales for Anisfield Real Estate Developers and Country Manager for Content Digital Planet in Nigeria.
Peter is a fellow of the International Management Consultant’s Board (IMCB) and a certified management consultant with a degree in Economics.

Oyediran is a seasoned Business Administrator with strong background in credit and risk management. He worked in the financial sector for 10years where he played key roles in the success of these financial institutions – Prudent Securities, Prudent Bank, Skye Bank Group and Capital City UK.
He researched and analysed reports on several projects, while interacting with various developments to design, develop, and refine systems, processes and procedures.
Oyediran conducted risk assessments and implemented a number of measures to mitigate risks on projects while coordinating a number of marketing and sales initiatives. He served in the capacity of Business Development Manager (BDM) with James Cubitt Architects for 5 years before his appointment as the Managing Director of James Cubitt Developments. He is now the Director of James Cubitt Developments.

With over 19years of demonstrable experience in Property and Facility Management, Gbadunade is recognised for exceptional leadership and collaborative skills. She is an FM professional with vast knowledge and understanding of world class best practices. In 2015, Gbadun successfully set up James Cubitt Facility Managers, the facility management arm of the James Cubitt Group. She passionately runs the FM organisation and possesses a knack for bringing down operational costs while maintaining and enhancing asset value.
Gbadunade brings on board experience garnered across two continents (Europe and Africa). She worked for London Borough of Barnet, Westminster Council, William Sutton Trust, South African Property / Real Estate Company as well as Broll and Oando Plc.
She is a graduate of Chemistry from the University of Ibadan, a member of the British Institute of Facility Management with an advanced Certificate in Facilities Management and Planning from the University of Lagos.
